When i use Lists system it exist "edit" function or "delete " function, but sometimes we also need "copy" function(Submit nearly same request just change a little information), if exist that function, then when we want submit a new request just need copy one request, then change a little information is enough, that's useful for use Lists system, thanks

For this one(Solved: Duplicate selected SharePoint list item - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)) not used for "List", so it is not work for us

Actually we want use Lists system and it exist "copy " function, for power automate not adapt to us.

Due to for some user each time they need submit nearly same request one Lists, if exist copy function(Copy exactly request) just need change very fuse information then can save request(Maybe need 3-5 minutes), but if create a new request maybe need long time(May need 15-20 minutes), and if submit hundreds of request will waste many times(Actually our company use Lists and most people need this function), so please help dispose this issue and feedback to your company, thanks

    Dear Zhang Junwei,

Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

As per your description, it seems that you want to add the" Copy" function in Microsoft List app button line directly for easier use.

If my understanding is right, as forum support, we don't have enough permission and resource to connect with the develop group.

Given this situation, we'd sincerely recommend you contact your office 365 administrator to go to Office 365 Admin Center-> Support-> New Service Request. The engineers in related team have higher permission and resources than us, and they have the escalation channel to contact the product group and raise a Design Change Request as per your need. This is the most efficient way to resolve such issue.

Please refer to these articles for the way how to raise a ticket and how to find admin: Ways to contact support for business products - Admin help, How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. We hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Rhoda | Microsoft Community Moderator
