Can I enter a conditional formatting rule once that will apply to each cell in the selection, comparing a cell to its adjacent cell:

Is A1 > B1

Is A2 > B2

Is A3 > B3

etc.

With one rule for multiple cells?

    Hi,

Click on cell A1 and go to Home > Conditional Formatting > New rule > Use a formula to determine which cells to format. In the box there, type A1>B1. Click on Format and select the desired formatting. Copy cell A1, select A2:A10 and right click > Paste special > Formats > OK.

    Hope this helps.
