Hi There,

I am recently subcript to microsoft 365 A3. I was managed to activate office but unfortunately my windows was failed with the follow error.

Something went wrong

Your account was not set up on this device because device management could not be enabled. This device might not be able to access some resources, such as Wi-Fi, VPN, or email.

    This error happens when you add your work/school account to Windows and are unable to enroll your device in Azure AD, according to the error message you received, which we have also extensively searched for.
