Unable to sync notebook

I have been trying to sync my notebook and the system keeps saying "To sync this notebook, sign in to OneNote. (Error code: 0x52E baxbh)". I have tried every way that was suggested to me in order to sync the notebook but yet it is still not synced. I hope you can help fix this situation.

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

    To sync your notebook, here are the things you can do:

    1. Sign in to https://www.onenote.com . Find the notebook you want to sync, copy and paste the items you want to sync to the notebook in your browser, export this notebook and replace the original one.
    2. Back up the notebook you want to sync on your device. Edit the backup as you want. Sign in to https://onedrive.live.com , and then upload the edited backup in your browser.

    As for the OneNote app:

    1. Back up and remove all the credentials in Credential Manager. Sign out of OneNote app if applicable, and then sign in again.
    2. Clear Cache in Onenote. This is also applicable for newer versions of OneNote.
    3. Repair or reset Office.
