I have a personal Microsoft 365 account. As I can see on my account, I can see the Copilot in Word for web. But why I am unable to see Loop on my account. Is there anything I need to do from my side?

    Hello ABDUL R,

I’m Gunasekar and I will be happy to help you with your question, I am a Microsoft consumer like you.

Only specific people and organizations that are members of the Loop Preview program have access to Loop at this time.

You might not be able to see the functionality because your Microsoft 365 account isn't presently enrolled in the Loop Preview program. Microsoft is progressively distributing Loop to more users and businesses, so you might eventually get access.

You can register for the Loop preview program on the Loop website if you're interested in participating. But, be aware that access is restricted and not promised.

(Loop Preview, not a stable version)

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I’ll be glad to assist you further.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N
