'Team' tab in Excel not functioning.

Here is the content of the error that I got when trying to export data from Azure DevOps to Excel via the 'Team' tab.

Excel is running into problems with the 'tfcofficeshim.connect.16' add-in. If this keeps happening, disable this add-in and check for available updates. Do you want to disable it now?

Yes No

I have disabled and enabled the Team tab back per directions and tried to export data from Azure Devops into Excel, but the same error pops up as above. Can someone suggest a resolution please.

    Hi Stacey!

Thank you for providing guidance on my reported issue as shown in the snippet below.

This link below helped me figure the cause.

Excel TFS Add-In Crashes Connecting to TFS.

Additionally, I have referred to the following link suggested by our technical support group.

Azure DevOps Office® Integration 2019 Crashes excel when selecting projct - Visual Studio Feedback

To summarize- Clear the contents of the 'Cache' sub folders in the paths provided in the above links and re-start Excel. Please make sure to have the Team tab installed in your excel application for the integration to work. If the issue is with the Team tab disappearing, please enable the COM-Add-ins via Excel>Options. Hope this helps.

    Thanks again!
