Is there any way to add a comment field for free text to a question that has multiple choice using Microsoft Forms?

When a question is set up to choice yes or no or even multiple choice but you also need to be able to put a comment field to be completed for the same question, I can't find a way to do this using MS Forms.

I'd really like to see an answer to this followup question. I have seen instructions for this elsewhere in the past but unless one asks the question in a particular way the answer is very hard to find again. From a search, I seen that this particular question and request has been addressed to Microsoft Support since at least 2019!
