Server 2019 (only) not reporting Windows Defender updates correctly

I have a WSUS install on server 2012 that I have been using for years. For some reason my Server 2019 server are not reporting Definition updates correctly. Windows 10, server 2012 and 2012 R2 all report normally. see attached 124694-capture1.png124695-capture2.png

Windows update settings are set with a GPO, that has been working fine for years.

    I have synced the Security Intelligence Updates in my lab and I found the following which I want to share with you:

    First of all, the Security Intelligence Update is as the same as the security updates. The latest Security Intelligence Update will supersede the previous version. Here is a reference screenshot for you:

    You have enabled the Automatic Approval Rule to deploy the Security Intelligence Updates for the WSUS clients. Am I right?

    You have install the later version. So the previous shown as the Not Installed on the report. Here are the screenshots for your reference:
