Can't access Excel Help

I'm new to Excel 365. So a good Help facility would be useful. But if I press any of the first five buttons (Help to What's New) under Help, I get the message "Something went wrong. Check your connection and try again". I did so, to no avail. But the final two buttons, Community and Excel Blog, do work.

Hi Roganthefirst,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.

Sorry about that. If you are experiencing this, you can try the following troubleshooting tips below:

  1. First, you need to confirm what Office you have on your computer by opening Word app or any Office app and click File and click Account. You will find information about Office installed and also if the product is activated.
  2. Try updating your Office app.

3 Sign Out of the Office app and Sign back in again. Try restarting your computer. Observe and see if you are still unable to access help in the app.

Let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you. Hope this helps!
