Integer Contraint

When I try to make an integer constraint this message pops up, "Integer constraint Cell Reference must include only Variable Cells". I have tried this about 100 times and that message pops up without fail. The cells are B2:F2 and they are Variable Cells yet it still argues otherwise. It is beyond frustrating and I would really appreciate the help.

I’m trying to submit a picture but it won’t let me.
