How do you show trailing zeros in a text or number cell.

Need to match 93.400 when I convert to text for Concat it only displays "93.4" where I need "93.400".

When concatenating, you can use the TEXT function:

=CONCAT("The value is ", TEXT(A1, "0.000"))

or

="The value is "&TEXT(A1, "0.000")
