Hiding excel sheet

In excel: if I hide one sheet and then email the workbook (with other sheets not hidden), can the recipient 'unhide' the one hidden sheet?

    Normally, yes. But:

    Activate the Review tab of the ribbon.

    Click 'Protect Workbook'.

    Enter a password and click OK.

    You'll have to re-enter the password as confirmation.

    Save the workbook.

    The Unhide option for worksheets will now be disabled.
