    Dear Peter,

Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

Based on your description, my understanding is that you opened an old Word document created with Word 2019 in Word 365, and now you want to replace one specific font type with another.

If my understanding is right, you can follow the below steps:

    1. Open your document in Word.
    2. Press "Ctrl + H" on your keyboard to open the Find and Replace dialog box.
    3. In the dialog box, click on the "More >>" button to expand the options.
    4. Ensure the cursor is in the "Find what" field.
    5. Click on the "Format" button at the bottom left corner of the dialog box, choose "Font" from the dropdown menu.
    6. In the "Find Font" window that appears, select the font you want to replace from the list.
    7. Click on the "OK" button to close the "Find Font" window.
    8. Now, move the cursor to the "Replace with" field.
    9. If you want to replace the font with a specific font, repeat Step4-6 to choose your desired font.
    10. Click on the "Replace All" button to replace all instances of the font in the document.

If my understanding is wrong, please feel free to post back.

    Sincerely,
