With Microsoft 365 should each of the 5 devices be provided their own log in? Or can we use the main log in each time, and if we do that, what issue will it cause?

    Dear MshawLCB,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.

As per your mentioned description about "Multiple devices on 365". May I Please know the subscription type are you using? is it Microsoft 365 business/education subscription or Microsoft 365 Home or personal subscription?

Kindly Note that once you have an account (e.g., ******@dgd.onmicrosoft.com), you can access your Microsoft 365 business/education subscription on 15 devices (5 PCs/Macs, 5 Tablets, and 5 Smartphones). It is the same account, so the same logon ID must be used to access the account on all devices. Therefore, if you want to access several devices with the same account yes, it is possible.

If you are using Microsoft 365 Home or personal subscription here it is
