I have downloaded the office setup folder off the Microsoft site, but when I try open the folder and click yes to give permission, it starts "getting things ready" then I get a "Command Not Supported" notice.

    Hi Dre_Pinky!

I am Shakiru, a user like you.

You may need to use the Microsoft Uninstall tool to uninstall any partial Office installation or any previous Office on the PC

Download the tool via: https://aka.ms/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC Restart (not shut down) your PC

Then, Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ Download from your Microsoft Account and then re-install Office

Tips: Ensure you have a good internet connection. It is good if the Windows Operating system is updated.

    Kind Regards, Shakiru
