As far as I know, you can't customize the "mini toolbar" in Word.
Microsoft Word 365: Add command to Context Menu (right-click)
Within Word 365, I would like to add a command to the context menu that is displayed when you right click on text within a document:
Is there a way to add a command to this menu (circled in red)?

I worked for MS years ago responding to <ANYTHING>@microsoft.com including emails sent to wish@microsoft.com about things that users would like to see add to future versions of software. Is this still active or is there a way to submit a request to have this feature in future versions of MS Word?

XML.See Customize Text Shortcut Menu by Greg Maxey.
Note that the current UI is designed to be difficult to customize much as a result of requests from corporate IT departments.
