Word stuck loading services on MAC server

I have recently purchased and updated Microsoft Office - Word version 16.72 and every time I am trying to share a doc as PDF, print or do autosave it stays in this "loading services" loop window. What can I do?

    We understand you are encountering Word stuck issue on your Mac. As you mentioned the Office apps version you installed is 16.72, which is the newest version, so may we know your Mac (server) system version? The reason for the issue could be that your Mac Server version isn't compatible with your Office version.

    If your Mac system is not the supported one, please first update it. You can contact Apple support if you need more help on this topic.

    After Mac system is updated, you may consider Uninstall Office for Mac - Microsoft Support and reinstall it if the same loading service persists.
