Microsoft Edge crashes when using SharePoint Sites

Whenever navigating to my company SharePoint pages, I'm sometimes able to navigate to the page, but then shortly after the page will crash and I will get a popup that states "Internet Exploer has stopped working" "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program." Other times it just crashes before the page can even load. It doesn't make much sense as I'm using Microsoft Edge and not Internet Explorer. I've attached a screen shot of the error and the point that the SharePoint site page was able to load to when it crashed. Usually, I can close the tab and Edge continues to run without issue. Any help on this issue would be much appreciated.

    1. Version 113.0.1774.42 (Official build) (64-bit)
    2. Chrome does not have this issue, I've never had a SharePoint site page crash while using Chrome
    3. No other colleagues that I am aware of have this issue
    4. I've cleared, but I just did the "Cached images and files", please advise if I should do that for all 9 options that can be cleared. After clearing these cached items, the problem still persisted
    5. No other issues with any other websites

Let me know if there is any additional information you require.

    Appreciate the help.

    Dear Sean Fox_997

Thanks for querying in this forum.

We understand that you encountered an error "Internet Explorer has stopped working" while using Edge browser to open SharePoint pages. We have also tested it on our side and we cannot reproduce the same problem. Given this situation, to help narrow down this issue, could you provide the information below?

    1. To have further checking, may I know what is your edge browser version?
    2. May I know if other browsers(like Chrome) have the same issue?
    3. Does any other colleagues have the same issue as well?
    4. Did you try cleaning cache of the browser (Press Shift + Ctrl + Delete).

    5. May I know other scenario’s can cause this issue as well such as browsing other websites?

We do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

Thank you very much and have a nice day!

    Best regards,
