Error when "Duplicate this Sway"

Question

When I attempt to duplicate my Sway, I get the following message, "Duplicate this Sway  There was an error creating a copy of this Sway."

Greetings for the day! I’m an Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you. Thanks for posting the query here at this forum.

Could you please try following steps? If you need to make a copy of your Sway, you could try the following:

1. Open the Sway you want to duplicate as an author
2. Select all the cards and press Ctrl+c
3. Create a blank new Sway
4. Click in the storyline and press Ctrl+v to paste This will get all of your content copied, but will not bring over things like your layout, style, and color changes.
