I am a student at a university and I need excel for one of my course for this semester. The university has a free package (Microsoft 365) to be downloaded online for free for students use. I have a Mac Air and has updated as well IOS to latest version and tried downloading the package. It gets downloaded perfectly but then I open the excel app and i see my university email there as well as a login but still doesn't give me the full access for editing and saving my staffs. It says this email doesn't allow editing and saving please contact your domin. I have my classmates using the same excel downloaded from university website for free as a package and they have no issue. So i really need help with that since I have it for free from university and I need it for my this semester. Fast reply would be very helpful.

You need to do as the prompt indicates: Contact the Admin folks at the University for guidance. There's nothing anyone here can do to activate your account.
