Font and Text Alignment Keeps Changing

I am trying to type up a template for my 2023 tax papers and the font I am using is Arial 10.5 and I want the text centered on the label. It keeps changing and I need to reset it for each tab I type. Why will MicroOffice 365 not hold the settings I assign. I am using a MacBook Pro, maxOS Monterey, Version 12.6.2 I have a subscription to MicroOffice 365 what is going on with this software? My Template for the labels is Easy Peel Label 8.5 X 11" landscape sheet with 8 labels across and 10 rows down.

    Thanks for posting in Microsoft community. We are glad to help you.

    We test the same scenario on our side but we couldn't repro the same scenario, please help us with the information below:

    1.If all files with the same template would have the same issue.

    2.What about other Excel files?

    3.You could share a sample file with us so we could have a test with your file on our side.

    4.You Office version.
