How do i create a clickable link or hyperlink in a section in MS form?

I'm trying to add a link in MS Forms where participants can click on to access my online one drive folder to submit documents .

However when I copy and paste my one drive folder it does not appear as a hyper link , it just appears as plain text.

    Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

    Based on your description, you want to insert hyperlink in MS Forms. As far as we know, there is no out of box way to meet your requirment.

    Given this situation, I do understand the inconvenience and apologize for it. Many members have voted this UserVoice for this feature(Ability to add a hyperlink to Microsft Form as you can in Word, Excel · Community (microsoft.com)) and the related team has already noticed this requirement for a large number of users. Let's look forward it together.

    A workaround is that you could add the hyperlink to subtitle of one question as supplied information, so that respondent can click the link for more information. You can check the below images:
