Can we enable VBA Macro on Web Excel? or allow only desktop editing on shared workbook?

My workbook has VBA Marco code for validation, and we share this with multiple users on Teams. But no validation is working on web version and all users are still allowed to enter wrong details. Is there any way to enable Marco validation on Web version, and if not, by any means I can restrict web editing for users, so that, they only can do it on desktop mode?

    Dear Mohit Jaiswal,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Can we enable VBA Macro on Web Excel?

According to my investigation as well as the instructions of the official documentation. We really can't run VBA in Excel Web:Work with VBA macros in Excel for the web - Microsoft Support

If not, by any means I can restrict web editing for users, so that, they only can do it on desktop mode?

Based on my testing and investigation, using the Protect Workbook feature meets your needs that prevent users from editing on the web.

The following message appears in Excel on the web, and the password cannot be removed in the web version
