Hello,

I post news to our company specific page " Sales Operations" and I'll receive notifications on my mobile device after it was posted. I also follow the page and have push notifications on with the SharePoint Mobile App. How can my Sales guy get a notification when I post? He also follows the page, and turned on his push notifications, but he receives no notification.... I tagged him in the post as well, and he still sees nothing... please advise!

    Per the description shared, I would like to summarize your concern i.e., you are receiving the Notifications when you have published the news in the SharePoint Online site but the users who follow the site isn't receiving the notification.

    As per my research, the notifications will be received to the users based on the relevancy:

    So, can I know whether the user is not receiving an email from specific SharePoint Online or all SharePoint Online sites? Does this problem happens with the other users who is following the SharePoint Online site?

    What constitutes as relevancy?

    My user follows the online SharePoint site, but gets no notifications on his SharePoint app when news is posted like I do. He receives the emails if he missed news, but we'd like our users to receive notification after news is posted on our SharePoint online site, if they are following. Anyway that can happen?
