Why is my Microsoft Loop not working?

I've tried to look for more options on my side bar on the Microsoft Loop but unfortunately it is not loading. Well, it's being loading for hours and without showing the options.

    I understand your concern and I would like to let you know that I have tested the behavior at my end where I can load the Loop components without any issue. In this situation, I would like to confirm the following scenarios which will help us to better understand and guide you further:

    1. If you try to insert the Loop Components in the Word for the web, do you have same issue?
    2. Do other users in your organization are encountering the same issue?
    3. Can you please share the complete screenshots of the behavior encountering at your end?

    We have the same issue with the Loop app. After start, some of our employees, get a loading circle on the navigation pane, but nothing happens.

    I've tested it in several browsers, but had no luck.
