Treat all unsolicited phone calls/ emails with skepticism. Do not provide any personal information. If you receive an unsolicited call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft, please hang up or if it's an email please ignore it. Microsoft does not make these kinds of calls or send scam emails.

You can address the issue on the device and then they can report this at

*For Now, to close the Warning Message, you need to close the browser tabs opened*
- Click CTRL + ALT + DELETE to bring up the task manager.
- Select the Browser tab Opened in the lists.
- Click End task. (Edge or Chrome)
- The scam warning message should disappear.
