Microsoft 365 Knowledge Level Checks

I'm an L&D professional, and I need to assess my team's knowledge and proficiency level using MS Teams, MS Sharepoint and MS Viva. Is there any test available that I can use? ALternatively, is there any checklist with the requirements of the different levels, e.g. what should someone know at a basic, intermediate and advanced level?

    I'm sorry and I'm afraid to say that SharePoint Online doesn’t have this different level of lists. However, SharePoint Online is a cloud-based service that helps organizations share and manage content, knowledge, and applications. It’s an easy-to-use service.
