Hi All,
Wondering if anyone can help please?
I currently have a calulcated date column in the format 01/01/2023, i have had a lot of issues changing the format to 01/JAN/2023.
I was hoping to create another new column in the list, converting the current date field with the 01/01/2023 to the date format 01/JAN/2023.
Is this possible?
Thanks in advance.

This didn't work, thanks for your help
Dear Carmel Arcangel.
I did a detailed test for you, you can refer to the following steps to see if I can help you.
To change date format on a list to DD-MMM-YY, you can follow the below steps:
| Column Name | Calculated Column Formula Value |
|---|---|
| Date_Formated_dd mmm yy | =TEXT(Date,"dd mmm yy") |
Note: This kind of date and time format can only be achieved via a calculated column. It cannot be achieved by directly formatting the Date and Time column for the time being.

Thank you. I think the problem is that the column i wish to copy and create the ddMMMyy i also a calculated field. Maybe that's why it's not working?
Dear Carmel Arcangel M,
Good day!
Calculated columns need to depend on other columns, you can refer to the formula in my above test that references the "Date" column, you can not copy and paste calculated columns alone.
Thanks for your cooperation.
