Hi
I'm Taiwo and I'd be happy to help you with your question. In this Forum, We are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.
If you are having trouble syncing a specific OneNote notebook on your Macbook OS Ventura, and you have already checked that the notebook is stored in your university account OneDrive and the pages are not showing up there, you can try the following steps to resolve the sync issue:
- Close the OneNote app on your Macbook.
- Open OneNote again and click on the notebook that is not syncing. On the menu bar, click on the "Notebooks" option, and then click "Sync This Notebook" to force a sync.
- Check your internet connection to ensure that you are properly connected to the internet. Slow or unreliable internet can cause sync issues.
- Make sure that you are running the latest version of OneNote. Go to the App Store on your Macbook, search for OneNote, and check if there are any updates available.
- Clearing the OneNote cache can sometimes help resolve sync issues. To do this, quit OneNote, and then delete the "OneNote Cache" folder located in your Library folder > Containers > com.microsoft.onenote.mac > Data > Library > Caches.
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling OneNote.
- Contact Microsoft support support.microsoft.com/contactus/
I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.
Best Regards, Thank You.
