It’s also possible to add Control Panel Items to the Control Panel in Windows 10. But I suppose the device setting UI under Bluetooth & other devices is by design.

In the past, we can create Control Panel item to allow the user to view and manipulate settings. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/desktop/legacy/cc144196(v=vs.85).
Is there any API similar to customize Windows Settings under Windows 10 and Windows 11, esp. under Bluetooth & other devices like below?
