I am using the built-in Microsoft Excel in Microsoft Teams for my work. I am rebuilding a product sheet that originally used Google Sheets. One of the biggest advantages of this sheet is it's color-coded specifically for highest values to be GREEN, 0 is RED, and half of the biggest value is YELLOW.
I don't need help figuring that out, I simply can not open the "Edit Formatting Rule" window that gives you loads of options. I am stuck with the useless default color schemes in the Microsoft Teams version of Excel.
Every tutorial online says:
"On the Home tab, click Conditional Formatting > Manage Rules."
"Select the rule of interest and click Edit Rule."
But there is no "Edit Rule" button, only a pencil icon that lets me edit 3 things: Range, Rule Type, and Color
I assume the Microsoft Teams version of Excel is a little different, but editing conditional formatting is extremely important for the readability of our data.
If anybody knows if this can be fixed, please help.

Thank you for the reply,
This does not give me the options I need to define specific rules for my color scale. I click "manage rules," it takes me back to my rules list, I click "Edit," it takes me to a screen where I cannot customize the rules, again.
For Reference, these are the lists I needed in Sheets, and in Excel:
