Microsoft Forms - Issues with Print to PDF

HI,

Has anyone else encountered an error where a question is in the form of a drop-down list on the form, however when printed to PDF the entire list appears on the printout, rather than just the selected option?

    Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

    According to your description, when you print PDF from MS Forms, all the options in the drop-down list will appear on the printout. And I tested it on my side, the result was same as yours.
