Ribbon Missing Tabs

Hello Everyone, I hope all of you are doing fine. My question, that hopefully receives a solution, is as follows: My excel ribbon bar is showing, but it is only populating a few tabs which include draw, automate and help. For some reason my excel app is not showing all of my ribbons (Home, Insert, Data, etc). Even though the ribbon shows I have everything selected when I go to customize the ribbon. Tried resetting the customizations and that did not do anything. Also checked my add-ins to see if any were disabled and none were. I tried showing all tabs and commands as well for the ribbon. I uninstalled excel which was on 32 bit and reinstalled with 64 bit and I'm still having the same issue. This is only happening to me on the desktop app version not the web browser version as well. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

    1.What is your Office version? You may check through Files>Account.

    2.Could you attach a full screenshot of the error in the ribbon?

    3.Did you colleagues have the same issue on their side?
