When it is about technical failures, several factors are responsible for the occurrence of this Office 365 login error code 0x1000. Following listed are a few of the reasons:

    • Internet connection is slow at the time of installing Office 365 program. This pauses the background installation procedure in an abrupt manner.
    • The computer, firewalls, and software security settings are interrupting the installation process.
    • Presence of some issue in the domain name system.
    • Proxy settings, which are present on your PC.
    • The existence of old Office Suite version.
    • It can be related to service incident.
    • Browsers issue

    May I know if you are login into CSP portal.

    May I know if the issue happen in all browser, please try all browser and let me know.

    Please can you try this steps: Re-install Entire Office Suite From MS Tenant

    1. Open Windows Explorer or My Computer on your system
    2. Go to ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared’ location
    3. Remove all the files associated with Office program
    4. Once you are done with files removing process, re-install entire Office package on your machine
