    Hello Yash P,

I’m Gunasekar and I will be happy to help you out with your question.

I understand that you are facing audio issues on the computer. Upon checking the images attached, your PC is missing the generic audio drivers. You will need to re-install the audio drivers from the Pc manufacturer's website. that is,

    a. Go to your computer manufacturer's website (Dell, Hp, Lenovo, etc) b. Enter your serial number or model number and go to the drivers and downloads section. c. Download the Audio drivers. d. Install it and restart your PC.

The drivers will be re-installed and hopefully, the audio should be back.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I’ll be glad to assist you further.

    Best regards Gunasekar N
