SCCM - The volume is not cluster aligned on the disk

when try to download Sofware updates on SCCM we receive the Message
Failed to download content id 16843257. Error: The volume is not cluster aligned on the disk

The id number change every execution.

what could be happening?

    That error code almost certainly doesn't correspond to that description. Have you tried manually downloading the files for the update? You can view the URLs for the files in the update by going to the Content Information page on the properties of the update in question. Hint: you can use CTRL + C to copy the items from the list box including the URLs and then paste into Notepad so you can extract just the URL to test the download.

    Agree with Jason, we could try to download the update manually. Please navigate to content information, and in the tab of source path, we will see the url of update, refer to this picture:
