Question

Hi,

I passed my AZ-303 certificate on the 12 August 2021, but even today I haven't received my certificate. I was wondering; what could be the problem? I have been checking my "Microsoft Learning Dashboard" for days but the certificate is not appearing. Please help..... Thank you.
