I understand that you have tried all workarounds. Thanks for sharing the details.
Have you done any password change recently to the Microsoft account? Could you please try to clear the cache for OneDrive in MAC?
Option 1: Clear OneDrive Cached credentials
- In the Spotlight search type Keychain
- Select Keychain Access
- Alternatively, if you are unable to see the Keychain under the spotlight, select the Utility folder and open Keychain Access
- Look for OneDrive
- Then, locate OneDrive Cached Credential entry and delete it
- Run OneDrive once again
Option 2: Clear the Cache of OneDrive. (Open the Finder> Click Command + Shift + G> Enter ~/Library/Containers> Scroll down and move the folders related “com.microsoft.OneDrive” to other locations like Desktop.
Option 3: To reset OneDrive on a Mac
- Quit OneDrive. (Select the cloud icon in the top tray, then select Settings > Quit OneDrive.)
- Find OneDrive in your Applications folder.
- Right-click OneDrive and select Show Package Contents.
- Browse to the Contents > Resources folder.
- Double-click ResetOneDriveApp.command (or ResetOneDriveAppStandalone.command, if you're using the standalone app).
- Start OneDrive and finish the setup process.
