Dear Stephanie Melnychuk,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Per your description, you can't create tasks in a Plan, the option to add tasks is missing.

When we tested in Planner from our side, we didn't reproduce the issue.

To narrow down the issue, we'd like to know if the situation happens when you access the Plan in a specific browser? If you try a different browser, such as Edge, Chrome and Firefox, can you add tasks?

If same issue persists, we'd like to collect following information:

1.Could you let us know how did you create the plan? By clicking New plan from Planner home page?

2.Please also share a screenshot about the option to add Tasks to that Plan is missing.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! Hope you have a nice day, stay safe and healthy.

Sincerely,

Tina | Microsoft Community Moderator
