As per the description you have shared, we understand that you accidentally purchased a Microsoft 365 Business subscription instead of Personal.
Typically, when you purchase a Microsoft Business subscription, you will receive an email from Microsoft with your account information. So, please kindly check all the emails you received from Microsoft to get domain name information, where you can also get a login ID. Also, please kindly provide us with the email you received from Microsoft when you purchased your Microsoft Business subscription via private message for further analysis.
Note: For data security reasons, please provide us an email that you received from Microsoft in a private message.
Here are the steps to open private messages:
To see private messaging options> click your profile picture in the top right > select My Profile: >View Private Messages.
