Create multiple Excel sheets from master sheet based off template

The digital box is an Excel template with 81 rows (a 9x9 box)

  1. There are five columns for the 9x9 digital box (supposed to be a csv file)
    1. First column - letter/number labels
    2. Second column - sample ID (master sheet columns AF AG AH)
      1. If this column isn’t completely filled, must say ‘NO TUBE’ for the rest of the cells
      2. See ‘Box Not filled’ Excel sheet
    3. Third column - rack labels
    4. Fourth column - digital box count number
      1. Ex: Name_1_22
      2. Each box should have its box count number
        1. Ex. Name_1_22, Name_2_22, Name_3_22
        2. The box count number column’s cells should be completely filled
    5. Fifth column - subject ID (master sheet columns ABC)
      1. This column does not have to be completely filled since the ‘NO TUBE’ will indicate that there’s nothing there
  2. We do not care about the columns highlighted in red

I would like to automatically break up and extract  (sample and subject)  data from the master sheet to populate the Excel 9x9 box template, which should also automatically populate the box count number naming convention and save the file according to the box count number. Example: Name_1_22
