Corrupted Bitlocker

Hello
We have a HP laptop where the motherboard failed during a windows update. Windows will now not boot. Additionally we are also unable to perform a Windows repair using the Windows recovery..
The hard drive has previously been encrypted with Bitlocker.
Please can someone help with the steps to unlock Bitlocker on this drive. We have tried numerous different options, none which seem to work.
If we attempt to Unlock the volume we receive incorrect password using the recovery key for office 365 Azure.
If we attempt manade-bde status we receive
Size Unkown GB
Bitlocker Version None
Conversion status fully decrypted
Percentage Encrypted 0.0%

Error and error occured (code 0x80070057)
The parameter is incorrect

if we try and access the C: drive, we get the message
The drive is locked by Bitlocker Drive Encryption You must unlock this drive from Control panel
Which of course we cannot do as we are unable to boot into windows

we have just re-started and we now see
