Content Marking like header, footer and watermark

We have 3 labels configured in compliance portal which has the Content Markings policies defined like header, footer and watermark. Also have the AIP Unified labelling client installed on machine.

Now, when i open a word document and classify by applying the sensitivity label then it is working. But when i classify a word document using AIP UL client option by right clicking "Claasify and protect" then the label is applied, however, content marking are not why?

When classified through AIPUL PowerShell then also labelling work but the associated content marking is not working!
