Restrict Security Info option

Hello Team,

I have set multi factor authentication for all users in my organization for security , once office 365 is login into users PC user has access to delete the authentication device and register his own device which we don't want it to happen as we need all access in our organization to be with the IT person ,please let me know if there anyway to prevent user to access the security info tab in view Account option
