I have a Microsoft form where I deleted all the responses in the form so that I can start with a clean form for 2023. I also removed entries in excel doc but now the form is not accepting responses. Is there a way to fix this to accept responses?

    Hello

I am Abdal and I would be glad to help you with your question.

If you've deleted all the responses in your Microsoft Form and the form is not accepting new responses, it's possible that the form may have been deactivated. Deactivating a form means that the form will no longer accept responses.

To reactivate the form, you can follow these steps:

Go to your Microsoft Form and select "Manage" at the top of the page. Under the "Responses" tab, click on "Stop accepting responses." A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to deactivate the form. Click "Deactivate." To reactivate the form, click on the "Activate" button. Once you've reactivated the form, it should be able to accept responses again.

If the above mentioned steps didn't work then it is possible that you need to republish the form in order to accept responses again. Here is how you can do that:

Go to the Microsoft Forms website and sign in with your Microsoft account. Click on the form that you want to republish. Click on the "..." icon in the top right corner of the form and select "Republish" from the dropdown menu. Click on the "Republish" button to confirm.

This should make your form available to accept responses again. If you are still having trouble, you may want to try logging out of the Microsoft Forms website and logging back in, or try using a different web browser.

    I hope this information helps.

    Regards,

    Abdal
