I am having the same issue and the support you provided did not fix the problem. It may be a glitch in the latest update.

    Hi Kassio G!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Excel Online (Web).

One possible solution to this issue is to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

    Please try doing the following:

    1. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. * Open your web browser. * Click on the three dots (or the hamburger icon) in the top-right corner of the browser window. * Click on "Settings" (or "Options" or "Preferences," depending on your browser). * Scroll down to the "Privacy and Security" section. * Click on "Clear browsing data." * Make sure that "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are selected. * Click on "Clear data."
    2. Try signing out and resign into the Office online again
    3. Try using a different browser.

Kindly let me know, if you require additional assistance, I will be glad to help further.

    Best Regards, Shakiru
