Hi,
I've gone thru diff threads but can't find any accureate one, so, here my issue.

I have created some templates for my client. alignments , pics, background , everything placed in a way that it fits nicely in A4 size.
Now, when I sent it to my client, and he opens it to print, that one page is being printed on 4 pages (one or two columns from right on next pages, and few rows from bottom as well) , but for me , everything is on one page.

I know page settings may change due to printer settings of each PC but, ....
My question is, how to set this setting as defualt for that specefic workbook, so if I send this to anyone, it will be in there.

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

It seems that the template created to fit in 1 sheet is being printed on 4 pages. This might have something to do with the sheet size of the printing - click and follow the guide on this link Scale the sheet size for printing - Microsoft Support

We look forward for your response!

    Sincerely,

    Leonardo_Y
