we have recently introduce new domain with forest trust and move most of the resources to new domain. We move our ad based licesning server to new AD server on azure by using same kms -gvlk key.
Currently the same key is also in use for VDI desktop in old domain which will decomission in few months. Is it safe to use two AD license server with same key if we have not exceeded the count and is there a tool to find the count on AD based license server?

You can use the Volume Activation Management Tool (VAMT) to this purpose.
