Visual Studio 2013 – View History of a TFVC-controlled file

Question

In Visual Studio 2010, when I right-click a TFVC(Team Foundation Version Control)-controlled C++ file, I get a menu that includes View History. In Visual Studio 2013, when I do that, the menu does not include View History, but does include Annotate. If I choose that and right-click the annotated version, I get a menu that includes View History. How can I get View History directly without going thru the nuisance step of doing Annotate first.

TFVC is currently not supported in the Microsoft Q&A, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).
