Get data from sharepoint folder not available in excel

Dear all,

I'm having some problems to find the 'Get Data from Sharepoint Folder' in my excel

Product subscription: Microsoft 365 Apps para Pequenas e Médias Empresas

Product Version: Versão 2212 (Compilação 15928.20198 Clique-e-Use)

Can you help me with this?

P.S: I'm also having some issues to add an image here. Only says "something went wrong" when I try to upload the file

    According to your description, my understanding is the option 'From SharePoint Folder' (click the Data tab> Get Data> From File) is missing on your side. If my understanding conflicts with your meaning,  please point it out and let me know.

    If my understanding is right, please try the following suggestions and check if you can find this option.

    1. Please set Excel into Safe Mode, check if you can find this option.

    Close Excel first, press win + R, in the Run box, type excel /safe, and click OK

    1. Please try to Repair Office and choose Online Repair. After that, run Excel and check again.

    If the above suggestions don't help, I would like to collect more information to troubleshoot.

    1. Please provide a full screenshot of the situation on your side.
    2. Are your colleagues in the same situation?

    Well, I've performed your steps (repairing excel online) but it still the same.

    The option 'Get Data from Sharepoint Folder' is still missing

    As you can see below, In my Power BI Desktop, there is no problem. The option "From Sharepoint Folder" is active and I use it frequently

    Now I need to use the same Enterprise folders in excel and the option is missing!! :(

    Need help pls :)

    Dear Nuno,

    Thanks for posting back.

    Please try to download and install the uninstall support tool to completely uninstall Office, then reinstall Office and check again.

    If the above suggestion doesn't help, troubleshoot it further, please try to switch to another Windows user profile (if you don’t have another Windows user profile, please create a new Windows user profile, then switch to the new user profile), run Excel and check again.
